This bright, cheerful 2 bedroom cottage is a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach and other amenities. The space This cozy 3 season 2 bedroom cottage is bright and cheerful. Enough room for 2 vehichles to park out front. No boats without permission. No campers allowed. Master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has single bunkbeds. Livingroom has original windows on three sides allowing lots of natural daylight in. Livingroom has a futon for extra sleeping space. Big front deck with outdoor sitting area and propane barb-b-que. This area is covered with mature trees for privacy. Relax and enjoy a cold drink while sitting around the fire pit. Some pre-cut fire wood included. Extra linens and pillows are provided. Laundry is located at Esso gas station on Centre Street. Guest access Guests can access the entire cottage and yard Other things to note **IMPORTANT** -We run on a septic tank. Please conserve water. If the toilet won't flush it is more than likely full, but could be plugged (cottage life, lol) please use the plunger supplied if needed. Please inform us right away so we can get it pumped. If it is yellow let it mellow, if it is brown flush it down! -DO NOT move the portable AC unit as the drain lines are in the floor -Please discard garbage in black bag & place in green bin located at the front of property. No loose debris. Pick up is every Monday. 4 bags/week -Guests are expected to leave the cottage tidy without debris and messes inside and out -Upon check-out please make sure dishes have been washed -Please remove dirty linens and leave at the foot of the bed. -Please remove shoes when entering -If you break something please inform us so we can fix or replace for the next guest staying. Deposit maybe required. -Recycle bin for bottles located out on front deck. Experience all Regina Beach has to offer. -Fishing, boating, hiking trails -Kayaks, paddle boards, sea-doos, fishing boats and pontoon boat rentals in town -Horseback riding and go-kart track (open May - Sept) -9 hole golf course and golf driving range beside Papa Geordie's -Lots of restaurants, ice cream stand, shopping, grocery stores, two gas stations, pharmacy etc
