The upper half of Lost Oak is mature pine and hardwood forest; the lower half contains hardwoods and lowland areas. Upper Lost Oak has marked trails for hiking, mountain biking, dog walking, jogging, and horseback riding. There are cleared tent campsite areas as well as a picnic table area. Lost Oak has abundant wildlife, and is an ideal hunting tract for licensed bowhunters in season. The space Lost Oak is perfect for families who want to feel immersed in the great outdoors. Private hiking and mountain bike trails circle the upper pine forest portion of Lost Oak. Wild turkey and deer are abundant in the area and can be observed year-round. Lower Lost Oak is a mix of mature hardwoods and pine and offers several ideal spots for the bow hunter during deer season.
