Provence house with heated pool

The house, completely renovated in 2022, is ideally located in a very quiet residential area: a 10-minute walk from the center and its shops and 5 minutes from the forests for hiking. You can discover sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Luberon, the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Mont Ventoux or even the sea which is 1 hour from the house. You can also relax and enjoy the Provence sun on site: swimming pool, deckchairs/hammock, barbecue, petanque court The space The house is located on a 1200 m2 fenced lot and is closed by an electric gate. You can park your cars in the space provided. The house is air-conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 bed, a master suite with a 160 bed and an en-suite bathroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. There is a beautiful open space with living room, dining room and kitchen, directly overlooking the terrace with pergola and pool view. The heated pool is secured by a rigid fence and a locked gate as well as an alarm. The pool is heated from April 1st to November 15th. Children can play in the shaded sandbox while older children play pétanque or enjoy the relaxation areas (garden furniture, deckchair, hammock). We also have 2 adult bikes and 2 child bikes available. Guest access You will have access to the entire property The land and house are only for guests. Access to the house is via an electric gate that can be opened with a remote control or a digicode. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided for bookings of 7 nights minimum. for stays of less than 7 nights, if you want linens and bath towels, you will have to pay 15 euros per person upon arrival.
