Room in scenic, quiet area, close to the city

A room of 10 sqm with a 140 cm spring mattress as a bed on the floor with a shared kitchen where you can cook with shared kitchen equipment. An extra folding mattress is available on the floor. You live close to shopping and several buses into the city. If you are in a car, there is free parking with only a 10-minute drive to Aarhus C. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from Brabrand Lake, shopping center, Fitness World and cafes/restaurants. I would like to point out that there is a cat living in the apartment. The space The room is located in a yellow building with 2 staircases. The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor with an east-facing room. The building is old and therefore noise travels easily. Therefore, quiet hours must be respected after 10 p.m. every day of the week. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, hallway, room During your stay I will be available on the phone and will also be staying in the apartment myself if any questions arise. As a rule, I am not always present at check-in, but then the delivery of the key is agreed upon. Other things to note The apartment also has a spacious living room with sofa and dining table. If I'm not home, this may be used.
