"Country in town" Loft-style Apartment +EV Station

Charming garage apartment with private entrance. Detached from the house on wooded lot in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Furnished with a full size bed, a twin mattress, smart tv with cable antenna, microwave, dorm size fridge, coffee pot, dishes, linens, towels. The apartment is located above our detached garage across the driveway from our home. It is very private as there are no windows facing our home. This unit has a maximum 5 night stay. The space Conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants. We keep a path mowed that leads directly to the grocery store. It’s a 2 minute walk at most. Guest access Feel free to roam the property. We have a fire pit with plenty of firewood. Help yourself, or join us if you see us around the fire! Other things to note It is ideal for 2 guests; however we do have extra mats that would allow us to accommodate a family with children. This unit is not pet friendly. We have a small dog named Buddy, and he doesn’t enjoy having other dogs around. We do have good WiFi, but it does not extend well to the apartment. Guests are welcome to sit on our porch or in the yard to use the WiFi. Cell phones work fine on the property, so a hot spot connection with your phone is an alternative.
