Located inside The 505 Eugene Hotel, a newly reimagined 8-suite Hotel/BnB set within an iconic 1910 brick building, The Rockstar is designed for guests who want something memorable. Choose your own adventure...& you’ve chosen well. THE SUITE Our only corner suite, The Rockstar is a dramatic two-story living space filled with natural light and architectural character. Dark, moody walls on the main level give way to original exposed brick, vintage trim, herringbone floors, and soaring ceilings above. Custom curated artwork and bold design details create an unforgettable stay. The living room features a plush Article jade-green sofa, perfect for movies or afternoon naps, a dining table, and a 65” HD smart TV with streaming. SLEEPING LAYOUT (SLEEPS 4) Designed for flexibility, privacy, and comfort. Private main-level bedroom with a Helix queen mattress and luxury linens Open loft bedroom upstairs with a queen Helix mattress, linens, steel privacy screening, and custom artwork Ideal for couples, friends, or small groups who want shared space without sacrificing comfort. KITCHEN & IN-UNIT FEATURES A bold hot-pink fully stocked kitchen includes everything down to the spices, perfect for cooking or coffee at home. Features include a fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig with assorted K-Cups, French press, and electric kettle. BATHROOM The shared bathroom connects to the private bedroom and features a tiled shower with a retro stereo equalizer pattern, plus Public Goods soaps, shampoo, conditioner, plush towels, hair dryer, and makeup wipes. LOCATION Situated in the heart of Eugene’s 5th Street Market District, you’re surrounded by top restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, including Marche, Kennedy's Steak House, the Market District Shops, river trails, shopping, and downtown nightlife. --> 400 ft to the Hult Center --> 1 mile to University of Oregon --> 1.3 miles to Autzen Stadium --> 1.7 miles to Matthew Knight Arena --> 2.2 miles to Hayward Field Concerts, games, dining, shopping, and outdoor activities are all within a 2-mile radius, with easy access by foot, bike, or quick rideshare. PARKING Free dedicated parking is available across the street, with first-come, first-serve overnight parking behind the building. Paid parking options are also nearby. BUILDING DETAILS The building is 100% secure with private resident access to all eight suites. While everything underwent a 2+ year renovation, original character remains, including historic windows, brick walls, and structural elements. Floors may not be perfectly even, occasional squeaks are possible, and restored windows may not slide as smoothly as modern ones—features we love for the authenticity they bring. --> Traveling with friends or a larger group? Additional suites are available. Suites 201–203 are located off the main hall and can be combined to sleep up to 8 guests. Just ask, we’re happy to help coordinate. There are no common areas that are shared outside of the main entry hallway corridor. Your apartment suite door is accessed off the private secured common hallway just like a hotel would. Other things to note PARKING: We have free dedicated parking across the street & first come first serve 'overnight only' parking behind our building. Paid parking nearby also. The windows were completely restored (per local historic guidelines) and operable, but will still not slide as smooth as today's modern windows. If opening them, we recommend for safety to unlock and then slide the upper portion of the window down (Yes, one goes down and the other slides up). This way the opening is higher off the ground and keeps everyone safe.
