Palmera Palma is located in a quiet residential area in Moalboal: A ten minute walk to Panagsama Beach, restaurants and shops. This newly constructed two level rental is situated in a 2,000 sq meter property with a tropical garden full of flowering plants, and a variety of palm trees. The evening sunsets and peaceful morning sunrises are the perfect way to start and end your day in Moalboal. The space This newly built top floor rental is situated in a large tropical garden and has its own private access. Double doors open on to a large outdoor balcony, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets and many different type of local birds in the trees. The room is furnished with a handmade mahogany queen-sized bed with a quality mattress and bedding. The quiet split style LG air conditioner keeps your room cool for those hot tropical days and nights. Also there is a ceiling fan for those of you that don't like to use AC. The art work on the walls are all original pieces done by a local Cebuano artist from Mantalongon Cebu. The on-suite bathroom is equipped with a hot shower. There is a digital safety box in the room to lock away your valuables and we also provide a small mini bar refrigerator in the room for your convenience. The ground level suite of this 2-story building is exactly the same as the top, one large bedroom and private on-suite bathroom with a garden patio. The complete rental, top room and bottom rooms, is a great for two couples or families travelling together. Please send me a direct message for information on renting both units. Guest access As a guest at Palmera Palma you will also have use of a shared, fully-equipped covered outdoor kitchen with seating for eight people. The kitchen has an electric oven, BBQ , propane cooker, coffee maker, rice cooker, large stand up refrigerator, full set of utensils, and pots and pans. There is a small reception area where you'll find information on Moalboal and things to do in the area. You can also enjoy relaxing in one of the hammocks stretched between the coconut trees in the common areas. Other things to note This small family run rental business is looked after by my sister in-law who also is the local contact person. She has a small house on the property so someone is usually on hand to answer any questions. The town of Moalboal is a ten minute ride away. All the dive shops and local tour operators are a 15-minute walk away.
