"Zafferano" Apartment in Oltrella Country House

Zafferano is the most fully equipped of the three small apartments offered by Oltrella Country House. It is a bright two-room apartment on the second floor, with a living area with an equipped kitchen and a balcony with a view that sweeps over the Staffora valley, a bathroom, and a bedroom with exposed beams and stone. Exclusive use of the indoor pool is also possible (for a fee and by reservation). Oltrella is a non-smoking farmhouse, ideal for adult couples without children or pets. The space Oltrella is an ancient renovated stone farmhouse, immersed in the countryside of the Staffora Valley at about 400 meters above sea level. The location, isolated and panoramic, is on a CAI trail, so you can hike in the surrounding area. The apartments: The entire property offers 3 apartments for guests. Each apartment has its own listing on this site. Private Indoor Pool Info: The small indoor pool is sized for two people and is available for one apartment at a time. Access is payable and is for 4-hour time slots. Reservations are recommended during the summer. Tub Measurements: 7m x 2m Water depth: 1.5 m Price: €10.00 per time slot, per apartment Guest access The farmhouse is in an isolated location: to find us easily, I recommend locating Oltrella Country House on Google Maps or Apple Maps. We are located along the road that leads from the hamlet of Molino del Conte to the hamlet of Vignola, in the municipality of Ponte Nizza. The house is visible from the street and is accessed via a short dirt road (200 meters). Once you arrive, turn right to reach the property's parking lot. From the parking lot, you can reach the house on foot, walking alongside it to the entrance. Other things to note You can cycle surrounded by greenery along the entire middle and lower valley via the new greenway from Voghera to Varzi, passing through Salice Terme.
