Glamping at The Wynland Calabogie

We have a nice location and property In Calabogie. We back onto a large forest where we've set a comfortable tent to come relax in. Enjoy the tranquility of the woods, sleep in a king bed, and enjoy the luxuries of electricity and running water. The outdoor experience is complete with your own outdoor hot water shower and personal little Porta Potti toilet. There is a fire pit on the property which overlooks Calabogie Lake. We are not on the water, but across the road from Barnet Park. The space The tent is located on our property of 3 acres. It backs onto the forest. It is very private but you are not far from the house. This allows for electricity and running water in the sink and shower. There is no septic system so in the 'outhouse' is a personal Porta Potti. (There is no smell!) The tent is cozy and filled with the smell of wood. There is a king bed with down duvets, a reclining couch and a chair, and a fireplace for those colder nights. A Keurig coffee machine and kettle are provided, as well as a toaster, a very small refrigerator and basic dishes. There are no cooking facilities. We are a family with small children and the boys can be heard playing during the day if you are around. They would also be excited to meet you if given the chance... :) Guest access There is plenty of space to park. You can walk into town to go to the restaurants or grocery store from here. We are also located directly across the beautiful Barnet Park, for swimming, boat launching, sunrises, sunsets... Other things to note There are no cooking facilities available. Calabogie is loaded with wonderful places to eat and meals to enjoy! Let the Café, Restaurants, and Brewery worry about your meals. You won’t be disappointed!
