Ditch your car and walk to restaurants, playground, park, tennis courts, stores, bike & SUP rentals, and a small grocery. Rain? Head to nearby historic Wilmington or shop or hit the movies in Mayfaire, 10 min. away. Guests provide own linens & towels, or can rent. Mature groups only; no parties! The space Great sitting porch with views of nearby ocean. Light-filled living room seats 6 or 7 and opens to dining area and kitchen. Master BR has queen and own bath. BR 2 has a queen. BR 3 has 2 twins and a twin trundle that pops up. Spacious hall bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3. Small washer and dryer. Well supplied kitchen. Wood-enclosed outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars. Near heart of Wrightsville Beach with restaurants, bike rentals, ice cream stores. Guest access Guests use only our 2d floor unit. Lock box is in back, on 2d floor. Downstairs has a fulltime occupant, and upstairs is rented out by other owners. Parking for 3 cars is on the side, in the front half of side parking area. Other things to note If you choose not to bring your own sheets and bath towels, they can be rented locally for about $150 from a linen service -- ask us early, upon confirmation of your rental. For outdoors we supply 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a cooler, 1 beach umbrella, a few boogie boards, some pails and shovels, and a tennis racquet. Indoors there are adult and children's books, many DVDs, kids' blocks, and adult and kid games. We have internet but no cable. The smart TV is hooked up to an antenna which provides many channels and the LG interface has some free channels and programs. You can use the LG settings to connect your own streaming services. There's a computer table in a back closet for your use if needed.
