Ideally located for easy access by train/car to Adelaide festival and sporting events. This spacious self-contained suite with split system AC also offers natural temperature control. Separate access to the lower-level suite is from the rear of our home. A private garden setting promises a relaxing retreat in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Close to nature it is convenient to shopping facilities, City, beaches, Belair National Park, Hills attractions and wineries. Continental Breakfast provided. The space The suite comprises: • 2 spacious queen-size bedrooms with built-in robes and one with study desk and chair, plus monitor and mini sound system for connection to laptop or other device if required • Living area comprising kitchenette, dining and lounge areas • Bathroom with large shower and bath • Separate toilet and vanity unit nook outside main bathroom The suite is exclusive to one booking i.e. the suite is NOT SHARED Guest access Access is to the entire ground-floor suite at the rear of the property and to the paved outdoor area with 4-piece garden furniture. Other things to note The Pinera Railway Station, just a 5min walk from The Thorngate, provides easy public transport access to the many events within the Adelaide City and regions, including: • Tour Down Under - January each year...The Thorngate is the perfect staging point for this event • Adelaide Fringe Festival - February and March each year • Adelaide Festival (incl Writers' Week) - March each year • Gather Round (AFL) - April each year • Adelaide 500 - November/December each year Covid-19 Requirement: if guests show any symptoms during their stay, please advise us so that appropriate cleaning can be undertaken after your departure. A Continental breakfast and fresh fruit are included together with tea and coffee (coffee machine and milk frother provided). A built-in bookshelf in the living area contains a small library of various genres and games for all ages. A 50inch TV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney & Prime Video) is provided.
