The recently remodeled bathroom features a rock wall in the shower, a tile floor, and toiletries. Blow dryer, cotton balls, Q-tips, and hand lotion are some of the things you will find in our bathroom. There is a small workspace equipped with a desk, pens, paper, and other office supplies should you need them. A power strip to charge your devices, a desk lamp, and a bright floor lamp make working convenient. The living room is unique as it was built around natural boulders to create a feature wall. Enjoy the 55” TV, couch and recliners, and portable heater and/or Vornado fan for additional comfort. We just installed a mini split! The new eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, cookware, and some basics such as salt and pepper, oil, spices, coffee service, and welcome snacks and water. Please note there is NO OVEN and NO LAUNDRY. Feel free to use the seating area outside the kitchen and enjoy the beautiful setting. There is a BBQ for your exclusive use as well. Guest access You will check yourself in and have exclusive use of the guesthouse with separate entrance, on the bottom level of the property. The unit is located BEHIND the large RV garage where you will park. There are STAIRS to access the unit. Please be sure to check all the photos before booking! The stairs were poured around the natural boulders and are narrow at one point. There is a handrail all the way down. Other things to note The exterior is monitored 24/7 as we use security cameras for your protection and ours. There are no streetlights in the neighborhood, and it gets very dark at night.
