This peaceful studio offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It offers direct access to the promenade and the beach (swimming pool July August). It can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Private parking and gates, bring your remote and go for a walk, 10 minutes walk from shopping centers, seaquarium, mini golf, babyland and 15 minutes from the center of Grau du Roi. Booking per night except July/August from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time 3 p.m. Check-out time 11 a.m. The space It consists of a bathroom with shower/toilet, small hall with storage cabinet, kitchen/dining room and terrace. It is fully equipped except for a washing machine. For the low season small space heater and high season programmable fan. The bedding a sofa bed 2 pers 140 x 200 and 1 bed 1 pers. 90 x 200 Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay (product provided). A security deposit of €300 is to be given on the day of arrival and returned after your departure. €25 will be requested for any loss of beep or pool wristband.
