A 5 minute walk from the beach and access to the Coastal Path, with the route to neighbouring Aberaeron forming the gentlest stretch along coastal flats. Set back from the A487, Afonig is a little over 1 mile from the beautiful Georgian town of Aberaeron, renowned for its brightly painted houses, picturesque harbour and range of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The space Afonig accommodates 6 guests, with an additional single pull-out bed available on request. Beds: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 King Sofa Bed Ground floor: Kitchen. Living room with wood burner. Dining room. Second sitting room with sofa bed. First floor: Two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Bathroom with over-bath shower. Kitchen: Electric oven/hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and filter coffee machine. Entertainment: The property has Fibre Broadband. TV in living room with Chromecast available for guests to access their own TV subscriptions. Second TV in rear living room. Families: Please bring your own travel cot/high chair/stairgate if required. Outside: Large tiered garden with views towards the sea and surrounding countryside. Garden table and chairs. Additional rear patio with garden lounge furniture. General: No smoking inside Afonig please. 1 well behaved dog welcome (at no extra charge), please do not allow pets upstairs or on the furniture. Please note: Parking can be found in nearby side streets throughout the village. The parking spot adjacent to Afonig is for the sole use of the neighbouring property. Access: Steps up to the front door (see photographs) However, flat access is available to the rear of the property. Some unevenness on the initial approach to the property, please take care walking.
