A 6-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop station (which takes you right into the best parts of Manhattan), you'll have so much space you'll forget you're in New York. Located in the best part of BedStuy (Stuyvesant Heights), there are dozens of cute restaurants and shops to explore within walking distance. TOP PARLOR FLOOR: Entire floor is open to a: • Professional Kitchen with Dishwasher, Wine Fridge, Kitchen Island, 5-burner stove, coffee machine • Living Area • Dining Area • Office Area • Deck leading to backyard • Nest for central A/C and heating BACKYARD: • Patio area with seating (pls note that this is shared with 2 other people, my sister and her boyfriend, who live in the unit above - if you have parties, they will see, so don't! MIDDLE FLOOR: • Master bedroom with desk space • Master bathroom with shower and soaking tub • 2nd Bathroom with tub shower • Private office space • There is another bedroom, this one is off limits! BASEMENT: • Convertible sofa / Queen bed with memory foam topper • Movie Projector powered by Chromecast • Gym with bench, weights, stairmaster, yoga ball, ankle weights, resistance bands, and neon lighting • Half bath • Laundry (please limit use to 1 load per week) RULES: • ABSOLUTELY NO parties. If you'd like to have a friend over to enjoy the backyard, that is fine, but please let me know so I can give my sister a heads up. • 2nd Bedroom (not pictured): There's another bedroom on the middle floor, but this bedroom is off limits! • Food/Wine/Bar: You are welcome to use bulk ingredients like spices, cooking utensils, olive oil, tea, splenda. Please do not drink the existing wine in the wine fridge or alcohol! • Washer/Dryer: Please limit use to 1 load, unless staying long term. • Tub: Please limit to just 1 bath unless staying long term to be mindful of water use! • Printer: This is off-limits except for emergencies, please give me a heads up. • Closets: are off limits, please!
