Riverside Cottage set in an enchanting environment

Mill Cottage is a peaceful riverside property located 4km from the coastal town of Bideford. This enchanting retreat boasts an abundance of wildlife activity in the secluded Yeo Valley, with no neighbour's nearby and stunning river views from all the main rooms; it provides an ideal place to relax after a long day exploring the beautiful Devon coastline. We would suggest that it is only suitable for supervised children 12 years old or above. The space We have sought to equip the cottage to a high standard to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. Bedding, towels and a hair drier are provided and a washing machine is available so you can minimise your luggage. Guest access The entire property and grounds are available for guests except for the garage. Other things to note There are many places on the property where the ground is uneven and there are substantial trip and fall hazards including low walls, stone steps and unguarded heights which will be more hazardous when wet. Should you wish to look around please be very aware of your surroundings and only proceed if you are confident and comfortable. Due to the unusual aspects of this property we will not be able to provide any liability cover for accidents which occur outside of the main cottage building.
