Cheerful townhouse with a pool

Relax with the whole family in this nice chain house in Berga, cycling distance to the city. Everything on one floor, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest toilet, the whole house completely renovated in 2012. 3 bedrooms, kitchen with built-in coffee machine, WIFI, TV in living room and TV in guest room. Wonderful back facing commons, calmly quiet and nice. Large patio deck with pool and glassed-in patio. Gas and charcoal grill. It is forbidden to use hard swim fins or other swimming toys with sharp edges in the pool. They damage the pool liner. The space Entrance hall with bathroom/toilet and a guest toilet and next to the hall is a smaller bedroom 3 with a 140 bed (not divisible) and dresser. Window to the front. Living room with dining area, sofa and TV. Exit via sliding door to the sunroom and a patio door out to the barbecue area with an awning (electrically operated) Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine but also a regular coffee maker. In the fridge and freezer, there will be free shelf/shelves. Most of our own goods will remain. If there is something you need, such as spices or regular basic items (flour, sugar, etc.), you can take it. However, I would be grateful to be notified if something runs out. What you bring to the house (food) is taken from there. Do not leave anything in the fridge or on the counter/table. Bedroom 1 with 180 cm bed (not divisible), TV and large wardrobe. A part that is empty. Window to the back. Bedroom 2 with 180 bed (not divisible) TV and windows facing the back. Storage of clothes in part of the dresser and wardrobe. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Small drying rack on the wall is available. Drying rack is out back. In the garage, we will sometimes have our own car parked. Some parts will be locked. Outdoor shower with water heater of about 15 liters. Pool that is 27-29 degrees from the last week of May to (at least) the last week of August. Swimming and playing is at the guest's own risk. Bulky waste is indicated where you can throw it away and regular household waste is in a green container next to the house. Guest access The whole house except for smaller storage in the hall and garage/workshop. Other things to note Upon arrival, all rooms will be made with sheets, two blankets and at least two pillows in each room. Towels will be provided for everyone. Extra towels are available in the laundry room. For allergies, etc., please ask and check what we can offer. We try to have extra duvets and pillows in different materials. The best thing to do is to bring your own bed linen. We wash with perfume-free detergent. We would be grateful if all sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room upon departure. You don't have to wash, we'll take care of it. Just fold the duvet and pillows and leave them on the bed. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Make sure everything is washed and put away/returned. Vacuum cleaners and other cleaning materials are available in the cleaning cabinet outside the master bedroom. It's a central vacuum cleaner if you need to use it. Garbage is available. We take care of other cleaning. Please do not leave a lot of groceries. There are various spices, cooking and olive oil, toilet paper and paper towels that you are allowed to use. If you run out of something, just let us know by sending a message. If anything breaks, send a message or call. Accidents happen easily. Everything can be solved :)
