Single Room at lovely house in Roath

You will share a comfortable and quiet room at my lovely mid terraced house in the heart of Roath with me and a friendly little cat. Roath is a buzzing neighbourhood with lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. You will be next to an 8km park with a lake and 15- 40min walk away from universities, gig venues, the principality stadium and a bustling city centre. The space You will have exclusive access to a Queen (just larger than single) bed in a comfortable room upstairs (back of the house). I am happy to share my kitchen, open space dining and living room area, and there’s a shared power shower/bathroom downstairs through the kitchen. You can smoke outside if you make sure no butts are left on the floor. Strictly no smoking indoors. Guest access We are sharing the kitchen, dining and living area and bathroom. I start work early in the morning so you might find me there first thing. I also work from home a few days a week in an office room. During your stay I am offering a breakfast buffet with things you can prep yourself such as bread, eggs, honey, butter. I love where I live and I have included suggestions for places to eat, see and enjoy in a guide attached to this listing. Other things to note If you are allergic to cats this stay is not for you. This is not a party house or place to trash. It’s my home that I share with respectful guests who I look forward to welcoming. There’s a CCTV remotely controlled camera in the house entrance.
