Guests are provided with dish soap, sponge, shower gel, shampoo, towels, sheets, blankets, silverware pots,pans and kitchen utensils. The open space will allow you to socialize cooking/having dinner without missing any action :)) The space Large Bright and freshly remodeled. The property is equipped with anything you can possibly imagine. A warm cozy feeling will make you feel at home. Surveillance Cameras: The building is equipped with surveillance cameras (2 in the front, 2 on the side, 1 by the garage and 1 by every single entrances) There are no cameras inside the apartment The following idems NOT PROVIDED: Paper towels, Napkins, coffee, coffee filters, milk, sugar sweetener, water, soft drinks, olive oil/salad dressing & spices. The following items ARE PROVIDED:: 2 rolls of toilette paper, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, bedding & towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cookware, silverware dishware & glassware. An extra 2/3 minutes walk will lead you to a very large super market, dunkin donuts more restaurants pizzerias and bagels store. For FOR BEACH GOERS - a 20 MINUTE RIDE will lead you straight to LONG BEACH (last stop) CHECK IN - CHECK OUT Check in & Check hours are solid. Cleaning & laundry services are booked in advance therefore postponing them are not an option due to their tight schedule. Please make the necesaary planning to arrive ON or AFTER check in TIME & check out ON or BEFORE check out time If you arrive super early early or have a very late departures you can book an extra day based on availability. Parties/gatherings are not allowed unauthorized people guests are not allowed to stay overnights. Quick visits are perfectly fine. Sneaking people in and out will not work the house is surrounded by surveillance cameras that send signals to my phones and pc's Smoking (of any kind) is also NOT ALLOWED Failing to comply with the above house rules will result in an immediate lease termination - NO EXCUSES. **READ CAREFULLY** Rest assured that Cops will be called the minute I see unauthorized people gaining access to the property or parties/gatherings take place without my permission. Same scenario When sigarette or any other kind of smoke is intercepted by either myself or any guest staying at the property. Once they show up you will be asked to immediately vacate the property . Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property including parking and back yard 1 parking space is available for 1 PASSENGER car only. Parking commercial vehicles/vehicles with commercial plates in private driveways or on any streets around the area is prohibited. The town is very strict with this CODE.
