Beautiful farm house, located steps away from Monserate winery. The backyard layout, Jacuzzi, firepit and BBQ are brand new, the space is perfect for those who love cooking outdoors and relaxing. This house was recently remodeled and offers different spaces, perfect for families or friends. The location is very close to wedding venues and wineries. The space This farm house provides a unique stay with different spaces for a family, it has french and dutch doors all throughout the house, tall ceilings with exposed beams that add to that farm touch. The windows on the living and dining areas provide beautiful views and tons of daylight. The kitchen has a brand new dish washer and fridge, beautiful stove top and two ovens. There are 4 rooms total, 3 full bathrooms with showers (bathroom with the tub currently has a shower too, photo needs to be updated). All rooms have brand new carpet and furniture. The upstairs room is secluded and perfect for children to have their own space. The master suite is spacious and has double separate vanities and a spacious shower. The living area has 2 very spacious couches and 2 recliners, the smart tv is 85 inches for great movie nights. There are two desk spaces in two of the rooms (one of them upstairs). There is also a bar area by the dining table. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage and master walk in closet.
