The space This well-kept older trailer has a living room and dining area with updated sliding windows for a nice breezy view of Chautauqua lake down the street about 300 feet. The kitchen area is small but functional. There is a full refrigerator, range, microwave, double sink. Dishware, coffee maker and coffee are provided. There is a master bedroom, full bath, small second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room for sleeping arrangements. The location is an easy 1/10 mile walk to the Bemus golf course and Tap House. Also about a 3/10 mile walk to downtown Bemus Point. There is a beautiful large yard for your use along with fire pit, gas grill, patio. Guest access You will have access to the whole space. There is also a shed behind the trailer with a couple bicycles. If you're a group needs more bicycles, there are more available down the street at the owner's residence, call or text.
