Music can be played on the nearby Bluetooth speaker. The gas BBQ is located near the entrance with ample bench space to cook up a storm and get your smells travelling through the valley. Spare gas bottles located underneath the bench near entrance Fireplace 🔥 the combustion heater will keep you snug on those cold winter nights. Please note we will supply enough wood for 1 night Wood & kindling is left for each booking through the winter months. Welcome Springs is located in a rural area. Phone signal can be limited. We find that the best provider for the best signal is with Telstra. Lounge 🛋️ the lounge has a 3 seater and 2 x single seat couches.  Boardgames & card games can be found in the coffee table for those quiet nights in A HDMI cable is located underneath the TV if you would like to bring your laptop to plug in to watch your favourite streaming channels Kitchen 🍳 the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a simple breakfast or to cook up a feast & impress your special one. Basic kitchen items located in the cupboard next to the fridge including; salt & pepper, olive oil, glad wrap, alfoil and baking paper. Sponges, tea-towels, dishwashing tablets and trash bags are located in the cupboard underneath the sink. Bathroom 🚻 the bathroom is small yet functional. Shampoo/conditioner & body wash dispenser located in the shower. There is a second toilet which can be accessed via the decking area. Great to use if you are wet from using the spas. Heating & Cooling 🌡️ontop of the combustion heater, there is split system air-conditioning located through the house to keep you comfortable. Instructions for use are located in blue binder on the hall table. Tea & Coffee☕ We have a Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of pods and fresh milk kept in the fridge. A selection of tea is kept on the bench Outdoor space 🌳- while the space on the decking area is ample for 6 people to enjoy dinner & wine, there is not much space/garden area for kids to run around. Guests have their own personal entrance, driveway & car parking. All areas including the gardens and spa are exclusively for guests- no sharing. Your only other neighbours are the cattle, kangaroos & wildlife in surrounding paddocks. Note 2: . The driveway is quite concealed and does sneak up quickly along the Victor Harbor Road, so please keep this in mind!
