Paradise Estate, Pattaya We're the PERFECT country getaway: 9 bedrooms, a beautiful 18 meter pool, fitness center, BBQ, pool table, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, badminton, volleyball, and football. Near to Lake Mabprachan (bicycling, jogging, restaurants and pubs), and only 1km from Chang Thai Thappraya Safari (ATVs, elephants, shooting, etc.). Animal Paradise Cafe adjacent (open 10am-10pm). Sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi extra, otherwise no extra charges, enjoy! The space Tired of being cooped up in Bangkok? Well, the Paradise Country Estate is all yours, just a short drive away (with light traffic, under 90 minutes door to door from mid-Sukhumvit). Once here, you've got the whole villa to yourselves, with plenty to keep you entertained. Next door, there's the Animal Paradise Cafe and a Facilities Building (see below for details). The photos paint a better picture than these words, but the home is brilliantly and elegantly designed, with 9 bedrooms, an 18-meter pool with two nooks, several unique and fun communal areas (outdoor pool/ping pong room with big screen TV on wall, indoor living room indoor dining room, outdoor covered dining area with games, and an outdoor wooden deck built around a tree), and a garden with plenty of games (badminton, volleyball, "safe" archery, football, croquet, boules, corn hole, tug of war, etc). Conditional on safety considerations, we might be able to provide axe throwing. It's conveniently close to the Chang Thai Thappraya Safari. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away, mostly around the lake, and we have more than enough for home cooking (including a new gas BBQ, oven, European and Thai-style kitchens). Noise: because we live in a quiet residential area (with at least one grumpy neighbor), we can't have loud music or noise outside after 8pm. So, after 8pm, please "take the party" inside, and keep the doors closed (when noisy). Thank you. The cleaning fee covers the initial cleaning only, and not any subsequent cleanings (we’re happy to facilitate additional maid services during our stay). The Paradise Country Estate now includes a “Facilities Building," which features: a home gym, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, game room, outdoor lounge areas, and an observation deck. You're welcome to use the gym for free, but for full access to the facilities building, the charge is thb 1500/day. This includes: access to the upper levels of the facilities building (2nd floor game room and balcony, top floor and observation deck), and to have the sauna, jacuzzi, and/or cold plunge turned on. We need a half-day advance notice to prepare the jacuzzi and cold plunge. Note: the facilities building is open until 8pm (because we live in a quiet residential area, we can't make loud noise outside after 8pm). No other charges for electric, but PLEASE turn off the air-con when you’re not using. Guest access Facilities building: You're welcome to use the gym for free, but for full access to the facilities building, the charge is thb 1500/day. Other things to note We’re as flexible as possible regarding check-in and check-out times. So if there’s no guest before or after you, we'll do our best to arrange a check in early and check out late (but to offset our enormous electric bills, we change an extra THB 600/hour). If we do have another guest, we’ll do the best we can, and the 11am check-out, 3pm check-in, is really the “worst case scenario.” With nine bedrooms, a huge space, and plenty of games, we're ideal for a big group or event, and we can tailor the space to your unique needs. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we're happy to help! Note: The bedrooms are NOT equal. 6 bedrooms have large beds and private bathrooms (2 are especially nice suites, on either end of the pool), but bedrooms 7, 8, and 9 are smaller, and share a bathroom (check listing details with photos). As described above, full use of the facilities building, including sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, observation deck and game room, costs an additional THB 1500/day. 15 people is the max, but under the right circumstances, we can accommodate extra people at THB 300/person. A note on noise: it’s a quiet, quick-to-bed neighborhood, so we can’t be blasting music at night (we WILL get a noise complaint). We ask that you "take the party inside" and close the glass doors for making noise after 8pm. There are cats roaming at the adjacent Animal Paradise Cafe. It’s really a perfect venue for a big group, but definitely NOT the place for a loud and late outdoor party.
