The space This one level, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to all the wine country activities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note There are several Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinances that we are required to notify you. Violation of these laws could result in your immediate departure and/or non-refund of your security deposit. Quiet hours are 9:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. All outside activity must be moved inside by 9:30. Amplified noise is not allowed at any time. A maximum of three cars is allowed at any time on the property. There is no off-street parking. Guests are not allowed on the property without prior written approval by the manager/owner.
