Modern duplex apartment in the city center

Our modern duplex is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, right above our shop "Das Stoffatelier" in the pedestrian zone. Numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and the tourist information (about 100 m) are within easy walking distance. The location is ideal to discover the Palatinate and its wine villages – by car, bicycle or train. Perfect for couples or business travelers who appreciate comfort and short distances. The space The bright duplex apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to four people. In the bedroom there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm), while in the converted attic there are two cozy single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the important kitchen utensils. From the living room, a staircase leads to the attic, which offers access to a small loggia (roof terrace) overlooking the rooftops of the city. In addition, there is a balcony in the living room – ideal to end the evening in a relaxed way. In the building washing machine and dryer are available for free use. Please note that the apartment is only accessible by stairs (no elevator). For babies, we provide a baby bed, playpen and high chair on request. However, the apartment is not child-safe; therefore, we ask for prior consultation for children aged 1–7 years. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Our guests enjoy the apartment all to themselves. Bicycles or motorcycles can be safely parked in the enclosed courtyard during the stay. Other things to note The apartment has free parking a short distance away. For loading and unloading, you can stop right in front of the apartment for a short time.
