Rental unit in Paris

[I speak English] We are going to the provinces for a vacation and we are exceptionally renting our apartment. Refurbished with raw and quality materials, the 71 m2 and 4 rooms of this apartment await you for a comfortable stay. This apartment is ideal for a person, couple or family (2 baby cots available). The neighborhood is amazing (see below) and extremely well connected to reach all the important places in Paris easily. The space This is a traditional pre-Haussman Parisian apartment (1830) with high ceilings, parquet, fireplace and moldings. The double living room has a living room side with marble fireplace and a dining room side with integrated kitchen. We have two bedrooms on the courtyard side, very quiet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom currently has only a double mattress on the floor. Possibility of 1-2 baby beds We leave our office with screen available if you wish to telecommute. We provide very high quality Wi-Fi (fiber optic, 300 Mb/s) with which you can work efficiently and without interruption (as I found during a year of remote working). The Paris stone building has very good thermal inertia; you will therefore be well protected from any summer heat waves and comfortably heated in winter. Important: No parties and no smoking in this apartment.
