Completely Renovated private bedroom and bath.

Private room w/separate entrance from main home Comfortable for 2 adult guests. Our place is intended for travelers and working individuals, not people looking for a place to hang out all day. A lower unit so there will be noise. We do keep quiet between 10 pm - 8am on weekends and 9pm - 7am weekdays. Outdoor space is shared with another AirBnB. NO SMOKING / VAPING ANYWHERE ON OUR PROPERTY! The space Moraga is a quiet, safe town in the suburbs of San Francisco (35 minute drive with NO traffic). It is a safe, family oriented community that is super quiet at night, but full of dogs, wildlife, kids and laughter during the day. It is not easily walkable as we live on a hill, I would recommend only for people with cars. This is a private basement unit. We welcome guests and look forward to hosting you. Guest access This room is private, and entry is via coded door. The entry space/laundry area is shared with another unit This includes one bedroom w/closet, and bathroom (no kitchen access). Outside we have a cabinet with a griddle, hot plate and toaster oven if you’d like to heat up food. Again, we are a family so there will be noise during daytime hours. If you are looking for a silent retreat during the day, our place is not for you... During your stay We’re available to answer any questions via phone, text or in person when we are home. We do not invite guests in our personal living space. Other things to note I’ve said it before but want to reiterate this is a downstairs bedroom under our kitchen so you may hear noise, especially during mealtimes. We will definitely respect quiet times at night and early morning, but we can’t tiptoe around ALL day... We have two dogs and there are also a lot of dogs in our neighborhood, and you may hear barking... Guests not on reservation should meet others outside our gate.
