Split system a/c 4th bedroom. Family/dining area -wood combustion fire, split system a/c, table for 6 plus extra chairs in bedrooms, tv and comfortable lounges. Third bedroom - smart tv with Netflix, wifi and sofa bed made up with extra mattress on top and lounges. Books and board games. Ceiling fans in all main rooms. Kitchen-dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, oven. Bathroom- large bath. Outdoor areas Weber bbq, outdoor table and chairs, clothes line, lawn. Guest access Access the whole house and use of yard. Street entrance and rear lane access to undercover remote control shed parking. Large backyard. Fully fenced, safe for pets and children. Other things to note Dishes washed and put away. Rubbish bins put out Thursday night. Animals allowed inside, but please don’t allow on any furniture. (Collect and discard doggy poo) Some red gum firewood supplied, kindling and extra firewood will need to be sourced by guests. Don’t worry about making used beds. Have a great time!
