A Rural Retreat in Kent - ideal short term let

A cosy furnished annexe available for holidays, short breaks and short term lets. Nestled in the countryside, and the fringes of Southborough and within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells. Around one hours easy drive from London. Beautiful countryside views abound, a plethora of wildlife to observer and access to a Tennis court is available. There is a working timber farm next door. The annexe sits next to our family home but have your own entrance, terrace and parking spot. The space The annexe has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a shower, toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom (with a bath) which is accessed from the hallway. There is a large comfortable sofa and a dining table for six plus a large outside patio area. Guest access The guests have full access to the annexe and subject to signing a disclaimer may swim in the lake with prior agreement. Unfortunately you cannot bring guests to the lake who are not renting the annexe. (Please note the family also uses the lake). Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times and behaviour must be appropriate for the children that live in the home next door. Please note the water is cold and deep so not for inexperienced swimmers! Guests may also have 2 hours use of the tennis court per day as long as it is not in use by the family. Clean shoes should be worn and the net and astro must not be damaged. Children must be supervised. Other things to note Please note that there is a friendly family dog on site. The annexe does not come with full access to garden but guests do have use of their own private terrace and are welcome to walk across the garden and onto the fields and national footpaths which link with it.
