Large, clean and private space in Lufkin, TX

Hi, My home is 2600 Sq Ft with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 fireplaces. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is set up with 3 separate entrances and a large back yard. I'm a firefighter and not home very often. We do have a long term guest, he works 2 jobs is very quiet, keeps to himself and is also not home much. We offer Extended stay and discount and only want to rent to other First Responders, Medical professionals/Police/Fire/EMS. The space Being a first responder with 30+ years in emergency management We take our guests health and comfort very seriously, We change all all bedding after each guest. This includes sending our comforters and pillows to the dry cleaners and washing All other bedding and towels in Hot water and bleach. We clean All surfaces in the home with With bleach solution. We use the disinfectants safely and correctly. We wear gloves when cleaning. Our cleaning products remain on hard surfaces for several minutes in order to work. We Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use to get the most virus killing protection. We perform routine cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces in public areas, guestrooms, television remote controls, toilet flush handles, door handles, water faucet handles, light switches and flooring.
