You will also have access to a large 10 m² office located in the veranda open to the living room (lake view). The entrance to the house is on the 1st floor. There you will find: - A shoe cabinet, - Coat racks, - A small shelf for your keys. The house has 2 small gardens and 1 terrace. The 1st small garden is shaded by a cherry tree in the afternoon. There are 2 Lafuma deckchairs to relax as well as 2 XXL rattan chairs and a barbecue. On the terrace: - A blind and an umbrella, - Table, - 4 chairs, - A 3-seater bench. 30 seconds away, below the house, you will find a pétanque court. Guest access You will have access to the house, its exteriors and the view of Lake Kir just for you. Other things to note Our house is adjoining our neighbor Christian. Christian is a very nice man who has always been discreet. Quiet is therefore guaranteed. We trust you to live in the house in a prudent and responsible manner. The neighborhood is quiet, protected from traffic and pollution. It is strictly forbidden to organize a party or any other noisy gathering.
