"Casa Levante" - Historic townhouse in the heart of the old town of Capdepera! The completely renovated house is within walking distance of the famous Orient Square. There and in the side streets you will find charming restaurants! Life in the picturesque village of Capdepera begins right outside the front door! Wednesday is market day. Many great beaches or Cala Radjada are only 5 minutes away by car. Our "Casa Levante" in Capdepera in the heart of the old town - super usable all year round! The space Our house "Casa Levante" will certainly delight you totally! It is an old townhouse from 1912, which was completely renovated in 2023 with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern amenities, without losing the old Mallorcan charm. The fully air-conditioned townhouse, heated by a pellet stove in winter, impresses with its modern and elegant furnishings. The large kitchen is generously equipped for 6 people with dishes and all electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, hand blender, hot air fryer, kettle, toaster, mixer,...) that you need for cooking. The entire townhouse comprises a living area of approx. 150 square meters, which extend over three floors. The whole house is at your disposal. The "Casa Levante" has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are very large and have double beds (180 × 200 cm). Another bedroom is slightly smaller and has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. All rooms are bright and friendly and have all the comforts (air conditioning, pellet stove, new windows (2020), high-quality furniture and art objects). The painter Antje Meier has painted pictures especially for this house, which you can purchase if you are interested! On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining room and a living room. On the first floor, there is a large and small bedroom. There is also a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the second floor. A suite is located there, a newly built bathroom. From the upper windows you can see the castle of Capdeperas. Another highlight of the house is the sunny courtyard (patio). A combination of the Mares stone known for Mallorca and white walls offer a fantastic backdrop. In the evenings, the courtyard is staged by atmospheric lighting. You can cool off in a small pool, which is just the right place to relax in the balmy weather. An outdoor dining area with dining table, gas grill, charcoal grill and sun loungers complete the outdoor area. In the patio there is the guest bathroom with toilet and a storage room. The storage room contains a washing machine and dryer. You can park your car comfortably in a parking lot just opposite the townhouse. There are also 2 charging stations for electric cars. Also within walking distance is a bus stop from which beaches and other points of the island can be accessed. From here, you can also explore the island by public transport. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. Only one closet on the top floor is locked. Other things to note Please accept that we do not rent our house to youth groups! Tourist tax of €2 per person per day will be charged on site. Children up to the age of 16 are excluded.
