House on Sandhamn in the Stockholm Archipelago

Detached house in fantastic Sandhamn, a few minutes' walk from the harbor, with four bedrooms with the possibility to sleep many. Proximity to the harbor, sandy beaches and beautiful nature! Family-friendly and with large living areas both inside and out. Within a few minutes, there are grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Home to a family with two school-age children and two pets, in the house there are games, crafts and puzzles and more. The space The accommodation is open plan with kitchen, living room and two dining areas. On the upper floor, there is also a TV room with sofa and armchair. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm), two with a large single bed (120 cm) and a guest room with a bunk bed (120 cm + 90 cm). Air mattress as an extra bed is desired. The bunk bed is not full length. Fully-equipped kitchen with everything that can be needed including fridge and freezer, dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, washing machine and drying cabinet. TV and WiFi are available. The house has a large terrace with sofa, dining table for at least eight people and access to gas grill. It is a private residence where we ourselves live for much of the summer, so private things will be in the house but be stored in storage. Sandhamn is reached from Stavsnäs by boat, which takes about 30 minutes, it is a charming archipelago island with restaurants, bakery, small shops and several sandy beaches. On the island, there is the possibility to play tennis, paddle, windsurf, rent a kayak and more. You can also hike in the beautiful pine forest, pick blueberries from late summer or have a long sandy beach to yourself! In July and August, live bands play most afternoons and evenings at Seglarhotellet. Guest access Access to the house as a whole as well as the patio. Other things to note The house is centrally located in the village.
