Lotivio Street near Daraga Municipal Hall(town's business district) and easy to commute 24/7. • 8 to 10 minutes walk or 3 to 5 minutes drive to Jollibee, Chowking, Biggs, Graceland, McDo, 7/11 and Public/Wet Market. • Approximately 15 minutes drive to Bicol International Airport (BIA). • 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk to Daraga UV Terminals/Bus pick-up stations going to Naga, Sorsogon, Masbate and Manila. • A jeepney ride or approximately 20 minutes drive to Legazpi Grand Terminal. • 10 to 15 minutes drive to Cagsawa Ruins. • 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk to Daraga Church. • 20 minutes drive to Sumlang Lake. • 20 minutes drive to Legazpi Blvd. • 13 minutes drive to Ligñon Hill Nature Park. Ynez Suites(our place) is safe and 13km away. The town proper of Daraga and Legazpi City capital are safe from Mayon Volcano activity. Daily activities outside the danger zone are operating as normal.
