Welcome to our amazing studio ! Enjoy your stay in the heart of the 6th district of Paris in our cosy studio, freshly arranged and decorated by a Parisian interior architect. Our studio is on the ground floor of a beautiful Haussmannian Parisian building in a quiet street, right in between Montparnasse, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the famous Luxembourg gardens. It is located only 5 minutes walk away from the famous luxury stores "Le Bon Marché". You will love this lively and stylish area ! The space Unpack and settle into this gorgeous studio ideally situated and get ready to explore Paris! The living area boasts tasteful and stylish interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialize or work. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal if you don't fancy exploring some of the great local restaurants and pubs nearby. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a hob, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave. You will also have coffee, tea and sugar waiting for you ! Fall asleep in the comfortable double bed on the mezzanine with fresh hotel-quality linens or in the sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can wake up in the morning to an energizing shower. There is also a hairdryer for your convenience. Shower gel, soap and shampoo are provided! Some white fluffy towels will be waiting for you on the heated towel rail. The apartment will be well heated and professionally cleaned before your stay, and Internet and Netflix are included. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
