My home is suitable for up to six persons. The property consists of three (3) bedrooms and and 2.5 baths. The space My home is located less than 400 yards from the heart of Camden Village, within easy walking distance (3-4 minutes) to the Camden Municipal offices, the Opera House, numerous restaurants, shops and Camden Harbor. The property sits elevated on a hill and the second floor outside deck provides fabulous views of Camden Harbor and beyond. Guest access Guests have access to and use of the entire home, consisting of three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home underwent a major renovation in 2016 that included a revised downstairs floorplan , new bedroom, bath, laundry room, updated electrical, etc. The upstairs consists of two bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower (there is a third upstairs bedroom which is locked and not available for guest use). The upstairs master bedroom, from which the outside deck is accessed from a patio slider, includes a very comfortable king sized bed. A 39" Samsung flat screen television is mounted on the bedroom wall. The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen sized bed. Downstairs includes one bedroom with a queen sized bed which has its own private bath. This bedroom has a 32" Sony TV mounted on the wall. The bathroom has a shower but no tub. The downstairs is designed around an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, great cabinetry and an apron sink. The dining table seats six persons. Additionally, a 43" LG TV is mounted on the living room wall. Three Fujitsu AC/Heat Pump systems are installed at the house, two one the first floor and one in the hallway on the second floor. The property also is heated with an oil burning forced hot air furnace.
