Here at Corcreggan Mill, we provide a wide range of quirky, comfortable and affordable accommodation which range from en-suite rooms in our Mill House B&B to 5 fully furnished glamping bell tents, 5 railway cabins and a converted Fishing Trawler. We also welcome visitors to our 7-Bay Motorhome park and Cottage Lawn Campsite The space The beautiful 150-year-old, mahogany railway carriage (exactly like that in the famous Quiet Man, movie) was restored and rebuilt back in the late 1990's and now sleeps up to 16 people in it's 5 sleeping compartments: two with double beds and three with two, twin-bed bunks in each. The cabins can be booked individually or the entire carriage can be booked for exclusive use. All bed-linen is included. PLEASE NOTE: These cabins are not suitable for guests with mobility issues or guests who prefer en-suite accommodation as the shower facilities are shared and the toilets are located on the platform, and are therefore partially outdoor. The ‘Railway Station’ housing the Carriage also has a self-catering kitchen, dining and an open-fire sitting room to the rear. There is a wash hand basin in each sleeping compartment and there are toilets and showers at either end of the Carriage. Oil-fired central heating throughout the carriage itself. Guests of the Railway Carriage will also enjoy: • A stay in a quirky and unique setting • Free car parking • Child and pet friendly environment • Access to shared toilet, shower, kitchen, dining and lounge facilities with open fire. PLEASE NOTE: These cabins are part of our GLAMPING accomodation not suitable for guests with mobility issues, guests seeking luxury accommodation or guests who prefer en-suite accommodation. During your stay Peak Season (April - October) - Check in at Reception between 3pm and 7pm Off-Peak Season (October-March) - Self check in details will be provided. Corcreggan Mill is a holiday village which is fully operational between the months of June and September with a team of staff on site. Outside of these months, the site is quieter and more peaceful and whilst not staffed 24/7, the someone will be available to the guests when required.
