Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the ocean to your right, and stunning sunsets to your left The back bedroom of this 27 foot travel trailer has its own entrance/exit door and a queen size bed. The couch and table fold for more sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a fridge and propane stove, and outside there is a full size barbecue and patio set for your private use. The space Our trailer is parked at the back of our property, with an uninterrupted view of the Ocean. We are just steps away in the house on the property, if you need anything at all. *Continental Breakfast & Gourmet Dinners offered upon availability, inquire for menu and pricing * Guest access Guests can schedule a time to do laundry instead the main house, depending on hosts availability Other things to note The trailer is just like a tiny home, even has a full size standard flushing toilet (no smelly holding tank)! You can hear the ocean waves at all times ❤️ Although the trailer can sleep 4 (and even up to 6), in our opinion it is very cramped when the 2nd bed is out, it is optimal to have just 2 people (see photos of 2nd bed set up) 💕 The trailer is not on its own private lot, It is on the back of our property. You have an uninterrupted view to the Atlantic Ocean! Although it is close to the main house, no one uses or accesses the space where the trailer is, it is very private. It is often windy here at the ocean, and using the awning is not recommended. If you would like it opened, please contact host first, and use at your own risk. Awning must never be left open overnight. We try to be able to offer an affordable private accommodation to our guests, while offering comfortable private accommodations :) Our trailer offers a squeaky clean private accommodation with high quality mattress and linens, full size toilet, and every amenity you will need in a fully equipped trailer to be comfortable.
