We offer a beautiful private room with a bathroom overlooking the house's gardens. The room is located in a rustic-style house and accommodates two people. An extra bed can be installed upon request. The areas shared with other guests are: kitchen and refrigerator area, gardens, pool, patio, and outdoor areas. Located one block from Central Park, the room is close to restaurants and shops. The space The room has a private bathroom and is located inside a very nice rustic house. Inside the house, you will have a separate entrance to the room and access to the outdoor areas that are common such as the grill, gardens, swimming pool, patio, kitchen, refrigerator and outdoor table. You will also have Wi-Fi and cable TV. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The room has a double bed and a closet for storing clothes. We can add an extra bed for an extra cost to accommodate three people if needed. Guest access Our space is a private room located inside a main house. The room is separated from the rest of the house and you will have access to it through a separate entrance at the back of the house. The owner lives in the house but does not use the outdoor areas to offer privacy to our guests. In addition to the room, we have a bungalow for two people that is available for rent. The shared areas are the pool, patio, gardens, grill, and kitchen, refrigerator, and outdoor table. We have grill utensils and provide pool towels. During your stay We are available through Airbnb and by cell phone at the numbers listed. The property owners live in the house and are available to assist as needed. Please, any changes to the reservation must be made through the Airbnb platform. Other things to note The entire property is on the first floor, but you'll find a few steps to enter and exit the room and house. We offer parking at the entrance of the house. The space is designed for two people but we can accommodate one more person at an extra cost. There is no extra charge for children under five years old.
