It is on the top floor of a newly renovated building with 4 rooms and a huge living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and a dinner table for 8. It is located in Isarvorstadt only 1.5km to the old city center (Marienplatz) and 5 mins walk to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest Area). The nearest metro station is only 300m away. The space This is our family house so you will be enjoying a living apartment. It has a lot of windows (also a sky window) and full of amenities. From a full automatic espresso machine to the WIFI connected Sonos sound system (including the bathroom) are all at your disposal. Hi speed WIFI, 3 * TV sets with Netflix and cable, dish washer, washing machine, dryer are all included for your usage. Guest access The guests can enter all the rooms but we would like to keep only the study room closed. The kitchen: Guests can access all the basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar, coffee, tea, home made marmalades ) except our alcoholic beverages at the bar. Other things to note In our home family rules apply. No parties and guests other than the assigned people to stay are allowed! So we kindly ask our guests not to be loud after 8pm & before 8am not to disturb our neighbors. Also it is strictly a NONSMOKING apartment as we have kids. Please see the House Rules also.
