House on Tjörn with all the amenities

Rural family-friendly house of about 70 m2 with proximity to Tjörn's wonderful surroundings, such as saltwater swimming and lovely nature and culture. The house has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Large terrace, garden and nature plot. Parking on premises for 3-4 cars. Cleaning is included. Sheets and towels are included for up to 6 guests. Has all the amenities in the form of toilet, shower, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). No smoking, no pets. The space The house was built in the 1960s and renovated in 2010-2024 with, among other things, a new bathroom and refreshed surfaces. The balcony is well-sized, and overlooks a sea bay between the trees. Large garden with grass lawn, bushes, trees and flowers. Guest house on site, equipped with bunk bed and sofa bed. There is an option for 2-3 extra beds in the living room (sofa bed + regular sofa). For the children, there is also a trampoline, sandbox and swing. Guest access The whole house including garden. Other things to note The extra sleeping places that can be arranged in the living room and guest house are not as comfortable as the regular beds. These also do not include bed linens or towels for any extra people. General cleaning is included, but guests are responsible for taking out garbage, cleaning the kitchen after cooking, and removing any major stains, spills, or other major soiling of spaces. A cat sometimes stays in the house, which anyone who is allergic should be aware of. Fireplace unfortunately not in use.
