Cozy Cabin Room 2 by the Chocolay River Marquette

Please let us know a little about yourself! Who is coming, please book the correct number of guests. 12 miles to Marquette, 45 to Munising. This area is known for its beauty. Check in after 4p,agree you may not receive assistance after 8p. You may forfeit your reservation if these conditions aren't met. Cheers! The space You will be renting a cozy new room in the lower level (finished basement-clean, dry and bright)of our newly remodeled cabin home. A family residence. There are two separate bedrooms with comfort queen beds with a new tastefully designed full bath and beverage area. All is crisp and clean. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner, bodywash in shower. Microwave. There is no stove top nor sink for washing dishes. We provide cups, bowls, plates, etc. and we will wash our items for you upstairs, just leave on the counter. We make periodic rounds! Do not pour anything into sinks, toilets and drains. There is a sitting area, and each room has a T.V. The washer and dryer are for private use only. You will encounter my family or myself now and then at the laundry. Take your provided towels into your room to hang on hangers in your closet to reuse, please. Please do not use any cupboards, drawers etc. outside of your room except those labeled. Please rinse out your shower after use with a cup found in the shower. It was so much appreciated. As it is shared, shower with another guest, and although we try to clean in between, we can not always time that accordingly. One more thing. When retiring for the evening, please turn off lights not in use and make sure the exterior door to the outside up the stairs is locked. Thank you! A rea is a mix of woods and open meadows. Do not approach any animals. You will be required to provide a photo ID of yourself and all guests on the message thread to host after booking prior to check-in for security purposes. If you do not comply, you agree not to receive the door code and any refund defaults to the stated refund policy at the time of check-in. You must be 21 to book. No children under 13 and no animals. Guest access Guests enter through the side door that faces the parking area. Using the door code, enter the cabin. Be sure to allow deadbolt to fully finish unlocking, do NOT attempt to open the door, or press the lock button again until the sound is complete. Be sure the door is closed on your way in or out. Automatic lock, so remember the door code! Enter and remove shoes before entering bedrooms. Walk down the stairs to the lower level. Please leave shoes outside of carpeted rooms. We have a boot tray. There is a full guest bath shared. Please notify the host with any questions or needs. If your stay is longer and you need sheets refreshed, please ask. There is a $10 fee for linen change. Extra towel, please ask. Please do not use the upstairs entry bathroom marked "PRIVATE." This is for private residents in the home. During your stay Please contact the host through Airbnb. Guests have a shared full bath and common area. Rooms are private with lock. Please be mindful of everyone's differences and needs. Quiet time after 11p as in we usually are in bed by then and would appreciate our customers being mindful of ours and others privacy and quiet time. Check in between 4p-10p with a code. Other things to note Quiet time 11p-6a as in be mindful of others rest. Along with this, only guests 23 and older may book. No parties, no unregistered guests allowed in Airbnb. If you need anything, please reach out through Airbnb messaging. From 11-6 message host with emergency only. This is a home, but the stay is private, and we will make all attempts to keep guests happy and comfortable. This cozy accommodation is in a beautiful location, just a short drive from Marquette, 12 minutes The sitting area, kitchen, and bathroom are all conveniently located on the lower level with the guest rooms. The home is meticulously neat and clean yet comfortable and cozy with gracious hosts! This is a very good value, and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful space. I hope to stay again in the future! Absolutely no animals allowed on my property under any circumstances.
