It is a modern self-contained unit with outdoor space that is fantastically located in a quiet, residential street, only a few minutes away from the beach. The perfect getaway for couples or solo travellers, it has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The space This garden studio is uniquely designed as a modern, multi-functional space. The open plan living, dining and sleeping area makes for an ideal launching pad to explore everything that wonderful Brighton and Hove has to offer. There is a modern kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and toaster, so you can enjoy eating on site should you wish so - however with all the amazing eateries in Brighton, there is a chance you will want to try them all! There is also a comfortable sofa bed fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury, and plush towels and hotel sized toiletries are also provided in your private bathroom. You can relax in the evening as there is a big flat screen TV at your disposal, as well as underfloor heating so you always feel warm and cosy. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur. Please note that this is a strictly non smoking home. Please understand that our cleaners take cleaning during these times VERY seriously. We often get feedback from guests that the cleaning fee is too high, however guests should know the cleaning fee is made up of a split between linen hire 60% and 40% paid directly to the service provider cleaner. Additional linen and cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.
