Full breakfast included The space Dunne’s B&B overlooks many of our finest attractions and is a one minute walk from the Colony of Avalon, Historic Ferryland Museum, Holy Trinity Church, and the Southern Shore Folk Arts Dinner Theatre. View from your bedroom window, the Ferryland lighthouse, now home to Lighthouse Picnics, just a leisurely stroll over the “Downs”. Walk the East Coast Trail directly behind us or take a rest on the hillside and view passing whales, icebergs and ships. You will enter into the main area which is open concept with living room, bar, dining room and bathroom and has access to the large wrap around patio that over looks the harbour. This area is shared among all guests. Upstairs on the front of the building, are 4 private rooms with ensuite bath. all guests rooms are private and are locked. Other things to note Complimentary Breakfast consists of: Ham, Eggs, pancakes, toast, juice with tea / coffee and home made preserves from local berries.   Please advice any food allergies. Please note:  We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions for food not on our complimentary list, with advance notice,  and for an additional fee Breakfast is served between 8:am - 8:30 am.. Check in any time after 2:00 pm. Check out by 10:30 am Due to allergies of a staff member, we are a scent free facility and are not able to accommodate pets.
