1. Town House on City Outskirts, two double rooms

Two light and airy double rooms on 3rd floor of modern town house with private bathroom in North Solihull near to Birmingham. Excellent transport links to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull. 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport, ResortsWorld, the NEC and Bham Int Station. Local convenience shops short 5 minute walk. Lovely parks and green spaces in local area with woodland areas and a lake. The property also has a small courtyard garden that you are welcome to use for relaxing and outdoor dining. The space Whilst we don't welcome pets we do welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures, same sex couples and all religions. Two double rooms both with double bed to accommodate up to 4 people. You would be welcome to bring your own travel cot for a baby or toddler also. Desk space is provided in each room for working or use as vanity space. 32” TV with free view and DVD player in one bedroom and 20” TV with freeview and DVD player in the other. Use of fibre Optic broadband included with rooms. Large windows letting in plenty of light but windows are fitted with a roller blackout blind or blackout curtains to keep the sun out when needed. Both rooms have a lock for privacy and security, the property itself is very secure, you will be provided with an access key to enter and leave the property when you need. If you have any other needs or requests for your stay please just ask, we will accommodate where possible. Tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen please help yourself. Sitting room is open for guest use after 5pm with a 42” Smart TV, Netflix and other streaming apps itv player etc and Oldskool games console to use at your leisure. (Please note host works from home during the day and may use living room desk space but living room is all yours after 5pm) We are kid friendly, children’s books/toys available for use. Guest access Both double bedrooms are located on the third floor of the house along with the private bathroom, meaning you get the whole top floor of the house to yourself. There is a large open plan Kitchen / dining area on the ground floor, shared with the host, which is fully kitted out with all kitchen essentials (there is no microwave we believe in preparing fresh food and reheating using cooker hob or oven). Washing machine available for use with washing line in garden for drying. (A small donation to cover cost is welcomed.) Tumble dryer available in winter at £2 an hour to cover cost. Please help yourself to complimentary tea/coffee. A modern bathroom is located on the same floor as the rooms with a full size bath and shower. Bathroom is private for guests only. Open plan living room with TV also open for use. Living room located on second floor. Wifi included. During your stay Guests will be met on arrival at the property and shown the facilities where possible alternatively self check in instructions will be provided. It is up to you how much interaction you would like, I can recommend local places to visit, advise on travel routes etc if required. If you would like to be picked up from Birmingham Airport or International Station this may be possible with advance notice for an additional cost. Local taxis are also usually available as well as Uber. Other things to note Street parking is available at the property.
