Beautiful 1800’s terrace in leafy area of South Birmingham. A quiet location with easy access to the city (best of both!) for access to culture, arts, nightlife and shopping. Northfield Train station is a 5 minute walk away with regular trains in to Birmingham City Centre (18 mins), Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the University of Birmingham (10 mins). Within 15-20 minutes you have the Lickey Hills and the Clent Hills for those who like walking and close to Cadburys World for chocolate lovers. The space The room available is a double room with comfy bed, drawers, hanging rail and TV with Netflix. Backing on to the garden, the room is quiet. Open plan downstairs living space with fully equipped kitchen where you can cook as you wish. Or, you can enjoy the nicely decorated living space or garden with a good takeaway. Bathroom has a separate shower and roll top bath which you can relax and enjoy. Guest access Access to bathroom, kitchen and living space shared with owner and your room. Only area you are not able to access is the owners bedroom. Other things to note Extended check out may be available on request dependent on bookings the following day. This will be charged at £5 per hour.
