Pleasant house in Dinard

Pleasant old house located 800 m from a Carrefour Market, 1 km from the beaches (Port-Blanc and Fourberie) and 2 km from the city center of Dinard. The space My house includes on the ground floor a separate entrance, a dining room lounge, a large independent kitchen overlooking a veranda, toilets, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, sink. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with double bed, a closet and a wardrobe will be at your disposal to store your clothes, another room for two with new bedding with bathroom and a wardrobe and a small children's room with bunk beds, a small dresser. There is also a shower room with toilet upstairs. You can park a car in the garden. The land is 750 m2, it is enclosed and is safe for young children and is southeast facing. The terrace in front of the kitchen is facing south, you can have lunch, have a barbecue and relax in the garden armchairs. There is a swing frame with a slide and two swings in the garden. I provide 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes (the 4 bikes are not new but in working order), and toys for the children. The house is comfortable for two couples and two children. The house will be clean, so I ask guests to return it in the same clean condition. This is my main home, so you will find personal belongings (photos, books, clothes...) Other things to note A cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged if you make the house less clean than on arrival.
