The space Our warm and cozy home would like to radiate a feeling of warmth and joy at the sight of business-centered lifestyle of Ortigas and the setting of the sun right at the balcony. Our warm and cozy home is a place where you can sleep comfortably on a 2 single bed spread with quality bed linens, with an expandable table where you can enjoy eating your favorite food or you can do your office/school works. You may also simply stay watching local channels on a Smart TV. This unit is equipped with a prepaid wifi connection. HAVE A WONDERFUL AND A SAFE STAY IN OUR HOME! Guest access It is encourage to do self check in. Present you ID at the frontdesk and upon verification, the guard will handover to you the key to the room. ADB Avenue main entrance is open from 10:00 pm to 6am only, after that, guests shall enter Topaz road entrance (24/7 open). Guest can access the swimming pool (7am-7pm), gym (7am-9pm) and play area located at Level 2U. Swimming pools not available on Mondays as it undergoes cleaning and maintenance on these days. Other things to note 1. During check-in, strictly no ID no entry policy is implemented by property management. Only those endorsed by the host are allowed access to the unit. 2. Kindly turn off the lights and aircon when you go out the unit, preferably unplug appliances from the convenient outlets. 3. To avoid inconvenience of repair during your stay: * Do not throw tissue or sanitary pads in the toilet bowl. * Always throw food debris in the trash bin and use kitchen sink strainer during washing to avoid debris getting stuck in the pipes. 4. Dishwashing soap, garbage bags, cleaning implements are provided for your use. 5. Emergency go bag is available in the unit - contains first aid kit and emergency kit. Please use as needed only.
