Hello, I welcome you to my Homestay. Take advantage of a modern and comfortable room in a condominium setting. It is strategically located near Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, Sunway University, Monash University, Sunway Medical Center, convention halls and Sunway Lagoon Water Theme Park. It is mostly a mere seven-minute walk to those attractions. I will meet and greet you and make you familiar with the room, bathroom and kitchenette and the surroundings. The space The bedroom has a firm comfortable mattress which will offer you a good rest after a busy day. The room has high-speed Internet, a smart TVs with Netflix. The room is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan as well. The bathroom is modern and beautiful and has a rain shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, bread toaster, electric kettle, and a single stove. A washing machine is also provided at the kitchenette area. A complimentary first day breakfast of bread with butter and egg is provided. The condominium is very secure and has 24-hour CCTV throughout the complex. The room comes with a free parking bay. You will have access to the swimming pool. During your stay Upon your arrival, we introduce you to the Homestay and condominium complex, and how to get to the various attractions, etc. Moreover, we are contactable throughout your stay. We can communicate with you in English and Malay. Other things to note For your security, you must provide us with a copy of your IC/passport(s) and vehicle registration number (if applicable) 24 hours prior to arrival.
