The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There are lots of sea views looking across to Porth island and beyond. The space The house has been recently renovated. The Retreat was built in the 1930s. It has lovely high ceilings and some great views. It is a large 5 bedroom property. There is no other house like it on the road, and definitely stands out. The kitchen is open plan with dinning room and living area combined. There is a large oak table in the kitchen which can seat 10 people easily. From the kitchen you can access a utility room with a washing machine and extra fridge/freezer and dish washer. There are views of Porth island and the ocean beyond from the kitchen area. The sitting room has lots of original features, with very large windows it is very light and spacious. There is a downstairs cloakroom wc The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is a double room with a king size bed and has an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet. Also benefits from sea views. Bedroom 2 is a double room with a king size bed. This room has a sea view. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a sea view. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a bunk above. Also a sea view. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed and views to the rear of the back garden. The main bathroom upstairs has a large shower, basin, toilet. The rear garden is a very descent size, mainly laid to lawn. There is patio area for bbq’s and sunbathing. This is a real sun trap. The Retreat is a really good size house for people who like lots of space, and great for large families. Guest access The only shared space is a driveway which runs up the right hand side of the property. This serves a house at the rear where the owners live. You will have the whole house to yourselves. There is a large rear garden (75ft long)which is all yours. You can access the rear garden from either a side gate from the shared driveway or from the sitting room. The parking area directly in front of the house is all yours and can easily accommodate 4 cars (6 cars in 2 rows of 3). There is also free parking on the road. There is also a front garden which is also included. There is a bench by the front door which has a sea view and great for sunsets in summer. Other things to note Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a bunk above. Air bnb do not have a symbol to describe this bed set up. Please look at photos of bedroom 4 so you understand the sleeping arrangements. Thank you. The driveway is shared with a house at the rear. Please park to the left(when looking at the Retreat), and keep the access to the rear clear. Please do not go beyond metal gate on driveway by the side door.
